For legal entities. Invoice in EUR or USD. Payment from any country.
Bank Card (Visa/Mastercard)
For individuals and legal entities. EUR, USD, UAH. Fast online payment.
Cryptocurrency (USDt/USDT)
Payment in the USDt (Tether) stablecoin. Fast, borderless, no bank fees.
Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH)
For Ukrainian companies. Invoice, FOP (Ukrainian sole proprietor) or LLC.

Receive an invoice in your currency
We issue the invoice in EUR, USD, UAH or USDt within 1 business day.
Pay by your chosen method
Once payment is received, we activate the license or start work within 1-2 business days.
Currencies
Prices on the website are shown in EUR. On request, we issue the invoice in USD, UAH or USDt.
Euro (EUR)
Main currency. All base prices on the website are in EUR. SEPA transfers and card payments. We hold a Swiss (CH) IBAN account.
US Dollar (USD)
On request. Convenient for companies that settle in USD or pay from non-EUR accounts.
Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH)
For Ukrainian companies and individuals. We also accept USDt on individual request.
The conversion rate is fixed on the invoice date. We agree on the price in the required currency before payment.
Contract
We work under an official contract. Everything is transparent and documented.
For Legal Entities (B2B)
Invoice + contract
We conclude a bilateral official contract between your company and us. All terms are set out in writing before work or payment begins.

The servers are located in Hetzner Online data centers in Germany. EU jurisdiction: the highest data protection standards in the world.
GDPR Compliance
Data processing complies with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). We store only what is necessary to fulfil the order.
No Sharing with Third Parties
Your contact details and order details are not passed on to outside organizations. The only exception is when it is necessary to fulfil the order itself and you have been informed of it.
Payment FAQ
Can I pay from Ukraine?
Yes. We accept international bank transfers in EUR or USD, even from Ukrainian banks, provided they execute SWIFT transfers. Payment by Visa/Mastercard card is also available. No cash arrangements, only legitimate payment methods. If you have questions about restrictions at your bank, please clarify them when submitting your request.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, always. Before payment you receive an official invoice. The invoice states: full name, company details, the list and price of services, deadlines, and the details of both parties. The invoice is sent as a PDF via messenger or by email.
Is prepayment required?
For licenses, full payment is required before the key or coupon is issued (standard practice in software sales). For services (implementation, support), terms are discussed individually: usually a 50% prepayment and 50% on completion of the stage. Large corporate projects are agreed separately and recorded in the contract.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Bitrix24 licenses: once the license key has been activated, no refund is provided; this is a vendor condition. Services: if the work is not completed or does not match the agreed technical specification, we refund the prepayment or correct the work at no extra charge. Specific terms are set out in the contract before work begins.
Can I pay in installments?
For implementation services, yes: staged payment is the standard approach. For licenses, full payment is usually required, but in individual cases (large corporate orders) a payment schedule can be agreed. If you need installments, let us know when submitting your request and we will discuss the options.
