Bitrix24 After the Block: What to Do

What happened
In June 2023, Bitrix24 stopped providing cloud services to portals linked to Ukrainian domains. Access to cloud portals in the .ua zone and to portals registered through Ukrainian accounts became restricted or completely unavailable.
Companies that used cloud Bitrix24 for CRM, tasks and communication faced a choice: either find a way to keep working on this platform, or migrate to another system.
It is important to tell two different products apart:
Cloud Bitrix24 is a SaaS service running on Bitrix24 servers. This is the product that is restricted for Ukrainian portals.
On-premise Bitrix24 is software installed on your own server. It does not depend on the vendor's regional decisions and continues to work in full.
There is also a legal way to keep using the cloud through the accounts of international partners. As a certified Bitrix24 partner, we hold the status required to provide such services.
Your options
Four practical options, depending on your current situation and goals.
On-premise edition
If you used the cloud, you can move to the on-premise edition. The software is installed on your server or on our EU hosting. Your data stays fully under your control and does not depend on any regional restrictions.
EU hosting
Host on-premise Bitrix24 on servers in Germany. Fast performance, GDPR compliance, data kept outside Russia. Suitable for companies with requirements on the jurisdiction of data storage or with clients in the EU.
Data export
If your cloud portal is still accessible, it is important to save your data as soon as possible: CRM contacts, deals, tasks, files, correspondence. We will help you export everything you need in a structured way before the move begins.
Migration to another CRM
If Bitrix24 no longer meets your requirements, we will help you choose an alternative and switch with minimal losses. We compare the options honestly: we do not push a particular solution, we select the one that fits your business.
