Products and prices
Item catalog, units of measure, characteristics, price groups and price lists are synchronized with the Bitrix24 catalog.
Orders
Orders from Bitrix24 CRM and the online store are passed to 1C for processing. Statuses and changes are synchronized back.
Counterparties
Customers and suppliers from 1C become contacts and companies in the CRM. EDRPOU numbers, addresses and bank details are passed in both directions.
Invoices and payments
Invoices are issued in Bitrix24 and passed to 1C. Payment records from accounting update the status of deals in the CRM automatically.
Warehouse stock
Current stock levels from 1C/BAS are shown in Bitrix24 product cards and in the online store, in real time or on a schedule.
Documents
Delivery notes, acts and issue documents from 1C are passed to Bitrix24 and attached to the relevant deals and contacts.

Does the integration work with BAS (the Ukrainian version)?
Yes, we support BAS — the Ukrainian accounting platform based on 1C. The integration is adapted to the requirements of Ukrainian accounting: VAT, primary documents, counterparty details by EDRPOU. BAS Accounting, BAS Trade Management and other configurations are supported.
How long does it take to set up the integration?
A standard integration using the built-in exchange module takes 3 to 5 business days. A custom integration with non-standard configurations or complex scenarios takes 1 to 2 weeks. We confirm the timeline after analyzing your 1C/BAS configuration and data structure.
Do I need the on-premise edition of Bitrix24?
For basic scenarios, cloud Bitrix24 with a plan that supports the REST API is enough. For complex two-way integrations with non-standard 1C configurations, large data volumes or specific security requirements, we recommend the on-premise edition.
