We checked our price list against the vendor's official EU prices: on-premise license and renewal prices have not changed.
We checked our price list against the vendor's official EU pages as of 4 November 2026. In short: the Bitrix24 on-premise license price and the renewal prices are unchanged.
License and renewal prices
All prices are in EUR, excluding taxes. A license is a 12-month subscription; renewal costs 50% of the edition price.

What we added to the site
- The "+1,000 users" pack for the Enterprise 1000 edition: 6,990 EUR.
- Edition upgrade: the cost equals the difference between the edition prices (for example, Business 50 → Business 100: 2,400 EUR). It is available only with an active subscription, and the subscription term does not change. The full table is on the pricing page.
Renewal terms to keep in mind
According to the vendor, a commercial on-premise license includes a 12-month subscription with updates and technical support, and under the current model it must be renewed every year. After a subscription expires, a 14-day grace period applies; if it is not renewed within that time, the product copy is locked. For older license types, the renewal terms are stated in the license key. Before buying, you can test the on-premise edition free of charge for 30 days.
